Terms of Service

PingTrix is operated by Aadil Sayyed, trading as PingTrix. By using the PingTrix mobile application ("App") and website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.

1. Use of the Service

PingTrix provides a scheduled-release vault. You are responsible for ensuring your account details, selected release content, Ping schedule, and Safety Partner information are accurate and current. “Safety Partner” means the one recipient you nominate in PingTrix.

2. The Last Note Safety Release

Your release package may include a note and supported documents. By arming it, you agree to the following release flow:

  • Ping window & grace: You have a 7-day Ping window. A missed deadline starts a 3-day grace period, during which PingTrix sends reminders to you. A valid Ping before release cancels the pending release.
  • Release commitment: When the grace period expires, our release workflow creates a secure access invitation for your selected contact.
  • Delivery: Your Safety Partner receives an email with a secure portal. A postal notice may be manually arranged where available; it never contains your vault content.

3. Premium Subscriptions

Pricing, feature availability, renewal frequency, and subscription terms are shown before purchase. Our web order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which acts as merchant of record. Mobile purchases are processed by the applicable app store. PingTrix does not accept or store payment-card data directly.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period. See our Refund Policy for refund eligibility and request instructions.

4. Important Safety & Service Disclaimers

IMPORTANT: PingTrix is an automated Ping and scheduled-release system and NOT a replacement for professional emergency response teams, law enforcement, or public safety dispatch networks.

  • PingTrix is not an emergency-response, estate-planning, legal, banking, or password-management service. Do not use it for credentials, PINs, CVVs, card numbers, seed phrases, or government-ID images.
  • We cannot guarantee timing or delivery by email or postal providers.
  • You must ensure your Safety Partner agrees to receive PingTrix notices and that their email and address remain accurate.
